Given your history, you may have reason to wonder. If you know your body and know that something is off, you better listen to it. It wouldn't be the time you had sex 2 days before your period, it would have been about 5 days before that. If you had unprotected sex at that time, then I would say chances are pretty good you are pregnant.

Hang in there till your ultrasound. Try to keep yourself calm and do what you can to reduce your stress. I know this isn't easy. Be strong.

Hunnie B, Don't waste your time with the pregnancy test. You are not pregnant. It is possible that you could have had a miscarriage a couple weeks ago with the irregular bleeding, but it sounds like everything is back on track now. If you have a thyroid condition, the medication to treat it doesn't have any really bad side effects. If you are not taking any medication at all, not even birth control, and you have been bleeding for more than 2 weeks, you should go see the doctor. Anemia is not the cause of this.
