I disagree. If you are considering getting pregnant in the near future I would begin a multivitamin NOW that contains at least 400 micrograms. Lulu is correct. It is not uncommon to see hemangiomas (benign growths of blood vessels) in vertebrea. For the importance of the one mentioned in your MRI you should ask your doctor and if he isn't sure, get a second opinion. Although hemangiomas are benign (not cancer) they sometimes cause problems by crowding out other tissues. Quix
