ENTMD's comments are spot-on, as usual. Even if you are sure they are fungus balls, there's not much happening in this area, other than yoinking them out surgically or flushing them out with saline. Dr. Jens Ponikau has the patent on finding an anti-fungal for sinus problems, so you can Google his name to see what's going on, but I'm surmising that a doctor...

I had a similar experience as you, in fact my problem started in 2000 in Houston, too, go figure. As you know, the Neilmed works well, but it only reaches the lower sinuses due to gravity. As someone recommended, to do a sinus flush, it's not the best thing to do with a Eustachian tube or ear problem, go see a doctor, preferably an ENT.
