Yes. I did. I just eded up losing it because I was not producing enough progesterone at the time to support it. I did my second round and am now pregnant at 10 weeks. It does work. I did 50mg the first time and 100mg this time.

I got my BFP 14dpo. I tested 10dpo and came up negative. I went to the Dr to get a pos test plus blood test at 16dpoand everything was for sure positive. So I'd wait the whole 2ww if you haven't started AF by then. Good luck. I hope you caught that egg

DPO means days past ovulation. The brown spotting could be implantation bleeding. How long did it last? Usually implantation lasts one to two days and then is gone. Make a doctors appointment and have them do a blood test. That's the most accurate way anyway.

It's possible. Start BDing everyday for next three days straight, skip a day and then BD again. I think your body is more reliable than an OPK. Follow your gut and enjoy! Also, check your cervix to see if it's soft and open. That's a pretty good indication, as well.

From what I've read, you start OPKs on cd10 (I think a least twice a day so you don't miss your fertile window).
Also, congrats on the clomid. I did get pregnant the first time I took it but, sadly, I miscarried about 6 weeks into it. I am pregnant now, also from clomid and am at 7 weeks today. I wasn't ovulating so the clomid really helped...
