Its very unlikely you are pregnant. As we age, we may skip a period here and there. If you are worried, you should see your doctor.

I'm so sorry to read of your experience with childbirth. As you said, things did not go well at all. I will make the observation about your comment that "things couldn't have gone worse". Yes, indeed they could have gone very much worse. You are healthy and your daughter is healthy. So in that respect at least....I'm very grateful for that. ...

It can be normal to have a bit of spotting after intercourse in pregnancy. The cervix in pregnancy is very friable, and tends to bleed easily. It would be best to run this by your MD, since you are also having a bit of pain, too. It might be nothing, but its always best to let a doctor know when you are worried.
