Devastating news to be sure......never give up hope.
Tonight I took the last of my meds. It has been a long, hard 48 weeks. Some of those times were so difficult that I am not sure I would have made it through without your support. Even when I was too sick to post, I still read. So I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who encouraged, educated, sympathized and supported me through this journey...
I feel the same way. In a strong wind my arms wave like a flag and my neck looks like a turkey. I agree with Pooh....once we are strong enough exercise will get us into a better shape than before we started. I lost a significant amount of weight. In fact I now way what I did in 1988. I love it! I agree with LadyFoxx. Use Nioxin cleanser and conditioner and don't wash your hair everyday. You can, however, condition it everyday. I started with long hair and with one month to go on the 48-week treatment, my hair is ear length.

This is a great place to vent. We understand the effects of treatment and how horrific the side effects can be. It is truly sad that you also taken a hit in practically every other area of your life. Take one day at a time and you will make it through this. Good luck.
