Too many dreams

I am bothered - that is, I don't really have a good night's sleep - because I have too many vivid dreams. I can usually remember the general tone of my dreams - they usually involve moving to a new home, or a new job. I dream constantly (it seems to me) and I sleep too long because I am involved in a dream. Is there any way I can change this? I believe my son...

Hello! I will 74 yrs old in two months. I have been having hip pain off and on for a year or more. I accepted the fact that our joints are losing the bursa or whatever it is that allows us to move without too much trouble. Now, I seem to have reached a point where the pain arises even without movement. I wish to avoid surgery if at all possible. Is it inevita...
