Agreed with the expert above! If you want to lose 30 pounds in 4 months that equals almost 2 lbs a week.. which is not really recommended. I believe it is 1-1.5lbs a week which is healthy to loose but... If you stick with a healthy diet and exercise regime I'm sure you can do this, or at least get close to the 130 for your prom. You will feel GREA...

Definitely add weight/strength training to your cardio... cardio alone is not going to make a huge difference in your weight like everyone thinks... cardio is more a maintenance tool. Also, if you LOVE cardio... try the stair climber - best cardio machine out there in my opinion.... if you absolutely can only do the treadmill.. make sure you are working wi...

bodybuilding.com A lot of people think cardio is key... it isn't. If you are doing an hour of cardio 6 days a week... it's not going to be enough to change your body. What are you eating to gain these 1000-1500 calories? If you are still eating junk.. again, this isn't going to change your body. You need to be eating vegetables, lean protein...

Very curious what exactly "file labor" means... I find it hard to believe that your right forearm is really "noticeable" bigger than your left..... but, learn something new everyday haha. I agree with gymdandee... do some isolation exercises for your forearms and concentrate on higher reps (or weight) with your left forearm to build it up....

Honestly, 30 mins of cardio isn't much. Are you just running or are you doing intervals? Are you using an incline or running flat? I would recommend you add a weight lifting portion to your workouts and change up your cardio... the stair climber is the BEST machine for cardio in my opinion. Does your gym have classes? I would also recommend doing one ...

If you are working out regularly your body is requiring more calories. If you do not eat more your body will burn that hard worked for muscle versus the fat you want to get rid of. Chances are good you are not eating right if your hunger is such that it is worrying you. if you are new to exercise that is one thing.. you will get used to it and figure out a...

You should be hungry in the morning... your body has gone 8+ hours without any calories. To keep our metabolism running as a calorie burning machine you should be eating every 2-3 hours. However, be careful what you DO eat in the morning because if you have an office job or something like this too many calories when you're just going to be sitting aro...

Yeah... I think these diaries and calculations are guidelines. As ducky says you should modify them to your own personal needs/what you feel you can accomplish. However, if you are lifting weights as part of your exercise regime you DO need additional calories. Have you spoken with a trainer or fitness professional? Could give you some tips. As I am not a ...

We can't physically make you stop eating sugary/fat foods hun. Part of making this lifestyle change is having the determination and willpower to MAKE it. Do you allow yourself a day to eat fatty/sugary foods? Maybe this is your problem - it was mine! I would prohibit these foods and just start craving them and thinking about eating them all the ...
