Does a NB neeed to be woken up to feed?

I have twins who are almost 4 weeks old and I would welcome them to sleep 5 hrs at night! If they would sleep for that long I would definitely let them sleep and feed them when they wake up. During the day, they feed on average every three hours. They are growing like weeds.
How do I know if EBV has reactivated or is the same infection?

I don't know how I could tell the difference if it's active or not. I actually have a call into my doctor to discuss some concerns I have with my high numbers, so I'll ask her. I can relate to what you are going through. I have Hashimotot's Thyroiditis and am taking 75mcg Synthroid. It does help me with my thyroid problems, so that in not the issue for me at this time. Thanks for the response. I have actually had drenching night sweats for about 3 years. I have also had about 3 chest xrays over the last two years. Hopefully if I did have lymphoma those would have shown something. I have been to an oncologitst too who did a bone marrow biopsy and that came back negetive.
