Hi Karma, I can't offer any recommendations on the elimination diets, but I can say that getting substitutes for wheat and diary help when you are eliminating them. Hi, Hope your pain gets better. Hopefully, these are just spasms that will pass with a few days time. A warm bath with Epsom salt in it can help loosen muscles (like 5 or more hand fulls). Typo correction to above. The diet change DidNot completely eliminate symptoms, only lessened severity, making life more tolerable. Getting regular sleep with the help of Serequel XR or other drug or supplement also seems to help with pain reduction.

Sorry to hear your last birthday was not so good. I have seen many a birthday in pain & suffering. I am adjusting my meds & seeing what will help. I tried Cymbalta, Lyrica & Lamotrogine.
