Well, like I said, it wasn't terrible to stop both the Xanax and Adderall. I was never addicted to either. I did come off of the Xanax slowly since my risk of seizures is quite high. I am sorry it took so long for me to respond. My hubby came home and I had to get off of here for a while. I was taking 1-2 mg Xanax at night for sleep. I never abused it. I have been taking Norco for a couple of years now, and like most of you, I felt like I need to increase the dosage. So, I get 120 a month and have them taken in 5-6 day period.
