I, too, experience what you have stated. I've been experiencing it since 2011 when I was 21 with my 1 yr old. He's now 3 and I 23. I still get the skipped beats or fast/irregular heart rhythm. It happens quite a few times a day. I've been to multiple doctors and cardiologists and ERs. They all tell you the same thing.. it's normal. I don&#...

Hey, just some more information about my monitor results... I had a few ectopic (abnormal) beats within my two weeks of wearing it. She said that it had beat prematurely in my atrial regions about 3 to 4 times. She said they were benign and nothing to worry about. She also said I need to practice managing my stress (gonna take some time!!) and keeping caffe...

You can call me Mandy! Haha, sorry forgot to put that. You're very welcome! I love that I can help, sometimes it makes me feel better when I get replies from others with experience orknowledge for reassurance. Anxiety definitely causes those palpitations, no doubt. I'm trying my best to control mine naturally. I've tried a few types of ...

Hi, I experience the same thing. Quite often though. I have anxiety which causes me to be extremely alert about my heart rate, almost obsessive. If I feel like I can't feel my heart beating I will immediately reach for my pulse for reassurance. Somtimes it's slow and weak which causes me to worry and then it will rapidly pound. I recently learned th...

Hi! Long time no talk, but I've found some answers (well for now). I saw a cardiologist two weeks ago on the 12th. My blood pressure was 104/60, which is lower than it was a week before. I got a heart monitor called a zio patch and it's been recording EVERYTHING for the past two weeks, I get to take it off tomorrow and send it in for evaluation. But...

After 2 weeks of no medicine and just breathing mechanisms with my monitor we've been able to figure out I may have an arrythmia. I take my monitor off tomorrow, mail it in, and should get my final results back fairly quickly after the evaluation. Hopefully they catch all of those palpitations including the PVCs, PACs, skips, flutters, pounds, weak beats...

I definitely agree with you. My mom mentioned maybe seeing a nutritionist. But I don't think I will need a nutritionist until I figure out if I have a stomach problem. I will look for some doctors around my area compatible with my insurance. I'd like to be referred, but at this point I don't feel like my GP is helping me much! I also have a...

I am extremely sure that I, no doubt, have anxiety with/without depression. And I strongly believe that the fear I have of my heart is contributing largely to that. Every time I feel one of these PVCs, I immediately freak out and get hot and reach for my pulse to make sure my heart has kept on beating. Obviously, I do have a mental problem then. Until I figur...

I keep thinking that, but it's just so hard right now! I haven't taken any of the Xanax. I stopped the Prozac and just feel tired and groggy. I finally received a call back from my doctor and she wants me to come in to discuss further options. I, as well, do not want to take anything that is going to become habit forming. I do know that Xanax is one...

I wish that I didn't feel so sick so I could eat. I am starving. I've been sipping on water as much as I can to keep myself hydrated. I hope this passes soon so I'm at a better state of mind for dealing with the PVCs. And I only pray that I will be able to sleep tonight! I've been up since 5am when my panic started and I'm still not e...
