ER visit did reveal Bacterial Pneumonia in lower right lung treated with two hours of IV antibiotics and 4 days of Zythromax (sputum tested). Right chest pain subsided during IV treatment and fever came down too. (My apologies for not mentioning that in the previous post). My Neurologist however does not believe however that the Bacterial pneumonia diagnosis...

Your friend and I share the exact same symptoms. I had a brain MRI w/o contrast which revealed nothing, MRI of Neck and shoulder next week (April 18th). Well, here I am again a year later, complete hysterectomy later and the symptoms are still the same on my right side, except with the waves of pain my lymph nodes swell. Brain MRI revealed nothing, Ncekc and Should MRI April 18th to come. My memory sucks because I did not realize I'd made this post a year ago with the beginning of these symptoms...hmmm
