Just wondering. How many of us addicts smoke?

I was a smoker also, probably 22 yrs give or take, but Aug. 11 was 3yrs as an x-smoker. I wish all who are quitting the best of luck, and to all that have quit congrats. tab
Does anybody FEEL LIKE they are ADDICTED to this?

Yea I'm addicted to this site also, might not post everyday but have to come on and see whats happening on med help. Especially what nautyones cat has dragged in lately. lol

hi folks, thought I'd ask you wise, wonderful ppl for ideas for allergy relief. I've tried every thing I can think of even got a allergy shot from doc, didn't even help one day. I've tried Alavert , zyrtec and nose sprays, benadryl works but I don't want to sleep all day. If anyone has any suggestion I'd love to hear them. I just need to get through the 1st f...

Just wanted to let you know it will work out, sounds just like my son and my hubby (step dad). Always called him by his first name but did refer to him as my dad. My son is now 21 and if has any question calls up hubby and talks to him instead of me. My suggestion is just let it go, in the long run he'll know who was there for him. Good luck
