hey wassup... thanks so much, I've always loved your optimism!! teevee... IT HAS BEEN ANOTHER WEEK! and it makes the difference. When ya start working out ... lots of times they will give you a few sessions with a trainer and there after you can buy session, every gym is different. I told my trainer EVERYTHING! The tx I had been on, the lack of activity...

I'm so sorry to hear of your relapse... It's a tough tx and then to relapse :( I know it has to be difficult.. Maybe taking time away is what you need! Good Luck!
