It depends. I was working half days when my TSH was 120. When I had RAI my TSH was 42, and I couldn't drive very well. My wife had to take me to the appointment, and then try not to get contaminated getting me home. I was pretty sick. Plus, it was a 100 mile drive. It depends on what your body has already been through. You may not get too ill before...

If you haven't had your blood tested lately, it may not hurt to ask for a retest. Every six weeks is not unusual.

I'm not sure you are doing anything wrong. It should give you a message that the forum is not taking more questions today. It may have just shunted your question to this forum instead by accident or something.

Ther is another member here wo is going through the initial stages of diagnosing Lyme. Her Lyme specialist told her that reverse T3 can be a problem, although I don't think tests have been run yet. I will send her a link to this thread and maybe you two can talk.

You missed, darling. If you want to submit a question to Dr. Lupo, you need to go here; http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/120 The number of submitions per day is limited, so you may have to try a few times to get your question in. For others interested, there is a duplicate thread that you can look at and share your thoughts. :o)

She never said she had an autoimmune condition to begin with. Telling her she is at risk for other autoimmune diseases is a bit premature.
