I was doing better with hair loss, but it's back... It feels like I'm intaking more vitamins than food these days. It's getting complicated trying to work them all around each other. No calcium or iron near Synthroid, no calcium near iron, nothing near Protonix, and can't even drink water 3 hours before bed (reflux). The endo did a complete work up in June...

And if you take any antacids/stomach meds, read the labels because they can either cause hair loss or inhibit vitamin absorption which then can cause hair loss. For now, try a hair/nail/skin vitamin and Nioxin shampoo and ...

I like sambucca and port. Had only 3 shots of sam at office xmas party over 4 hours with dinner, along with a huge Voss sparkling water. Never was tipsy. Got up in the middle of the night to pee and proceeded to pass out on my ceramic tile bathroom floor. I was able to grab the towel rack as I was going down, so didn't hit hard. Apparently didn't make enough ...
