My milk has dried up. It has been completely gone I believe. I planned on breastfeeding alone, but it dried up. Is there anything I can do to get it back?

can the breastmilk dry I believe mine did because I tired brestfeeding him aNd nothing comes out as well as pumping

I have a 3 week old baby boy. I really wanted to brestfeed but it isn't going well. I bought a breast pump and I only get like an oz or 2. I have been reading and some lady's get 6oz how do you guys do it??? When I breastfeed my baby he goes crazy trying to latch the nipple.
