Yes, with this size breast tumor, that is invasive, and hormone receptor negative adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended according to current NCCN guidelines.

It is possible and thus far the best results are with resection of liver mets in colon cancer. The surgeons cannot give the final answer until they perform surgery and receive the pathology back.

I think you said that your last CT was negative, yet your CA125 is doubling. Is the 192 level recent. I would ask for any information on clinical trials or peritoneal chemotherapy. It is time to have that discussion with your oncologists.

I would go get a second opinion from a hospital that performs a large number of whipple procedures, usually most cancer centers. I do not know where you are located, but this is highly unusual.
