These debates are pointless. It is impossible to prove that transmission through oral sex never happens or to verify that someone who claims to have been infected that way actually was. No matter what means exactly that. It doesn't matter if the individual has acute infection or has advanced AIDS. Kissing is not a risk however you spin it. The position of this forum on kissing is clear and will not change.
