This does not sound like herpes. It does sound like a pimple or blocked follicle that you've perhaps aggravated by playing with. I suggest you leave it alone, apply bacitracin or neosporin ointment twice a day (non-prescription), and show it to your doctor in a month if it's still there. Best. Dr. Rockoff

No harm done. What you squeezed was probably a cyst, which is common (and normal) on the penis, and has white stuff inside that looks like pus. I advise you to not worry and leave the area alone, and show it to a doctor next time you go, for confirmation. Take care. Dr. Rockoff

Herpes 2 doesn't come out slowly--it just comes out, and appears as a group of blisters. if you caught it recently, you'd have fever and swollen glands too. So I don't think you have it. I suggest you leave the penis alone and show the rash to a doctor in person, so you'll know. Thanks. Dr. Rockoff

You are right about waiting another month to take another herpes test, but the rash you describe doesn't sound like herpes. If it came on the thighs, that's probably chafing or irritation. In any case, you'll need to show it to a doctor in person to know for sure. Try taking a photo along in case the rash isn't visible enough when you go. Best. Dr. R...

I agree with your promary care physician--if you keep examining an area as sensitive as your penis it will burn, and if you keep worrying about it it will hurt. Time to stop both. Best. Dr. Rockoff

No, it still does not sound like an STD. I continue to think that you are examining your penis with excessive care. You should direct any further questions of this sort to a doctor in person, who alone will be able to answer them properly. Dr. Rockoff
