Based on your description, I don't think you have anything wrong at all--you're just looking very hard at your penis. The doxycycline is irrelevant. Yeast treatment is not necessary. See a dermatologist in person if you still have doubts. Best. \Dr. Rockoff

Steroids (Medrol, Prednisone) are not a satisfactory long-term solution, because repeated use is not safe. I cannot make much sense of your report of success with both Medrol (which would make fungus worse) and Diflucan (which treats fungus.)
