Probably the best way to avoid the anger buildup is to get a perspective...and ask yourself, why must they agree with me? Yes, it would be better if they understood and acknowledged what you know, but if they don't, does it have to be that important to you that you start to fume? Perpective is the name of the game...losing it and getting it back.

Ask your doctor about prozac, probably the best to avoid weight gain. None of the anitdepressants are known for causing seizures, but prozac has been around for a long time, and may be your safest bet, but you may want a bit more of a workup for seizures before starting any.

If you take your xanax before midnight, you will still have a good high blood level ( the important fact) well into the next day, at which time your doctor will probably start you on your regular dose. adderall is a stimulant but is not know to effect blood sugar as far as I know, but you might want to double check that with the pharmacist who can look up this interaction in his system.

It certainly sounds like a drug reaction. Did she respond positively when the medication was reduced, and if that did not happen, then maybe you should suggest a trial of reducing the medication.
