Hello, What you need to be concerned about regarding tattoos is the possible transmission of Hep C and HIV. Going to a reputable, well known tattoo parlor with proper instrument sterilization measures minimizes this risk. Other than that you should be fine. Best regards, Dr. Downing

Hello, No, I don't think your going to start having a regular period. Given the temporal relationship, the steroid shot may have been a factor. Nevertheless, I suggest seing your ob/gyn and to be on the safe side have a work up for post-menopausal bleeding (consists of an endometrial biopsy and pelvic ultrasound).
