possible lymphoma????

I am wondering if A cat scan would show any signs of lymphoma. I just had one done on May 21 for abdominal pains. I have had many blood tests done and all of my CBC counts came back ok except for my thyroid ( have hashimotos thyroiditis) and liver enzyme was elevated. Tsh levels affect everyone differently. Some people might have elevated levels and not even really know that they are hypothyroid. That is what happened to me. I have tried Synthoid ( generic), Synthroid ( name brand ) and now I'm on Armour Thyroid medicine. All of the medicines work as far as bring my Tsh back in line but I feel horrible when I am on them.
