I don't have alot of answers for you but can sympathize. I'm very confused about my moms condition as well (posted yesterday). There seems to be alot of "unknowns" and you probably need to go w/ your dad to the Dr and ask lots of questions. Have a list and try to find out as much as possible...what medications work best, how long to try them before trying s...

My mom is only 56 yrs old and has multiple sclerosis (progressive) for about 10 yrs. About 2 yrs ago she tried a new drug (Novantrin?) for MS. They did a MUGA test before the first one and then again before the second. There was a 25% decrease in her heart in that month so they did not do the second treatment since it affected her heart. Just wanted to share my update on the twins! I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and just had another u/s. Both babies are healthy and doing great! Baby boy is 1lb 12oz and baby girl is 1lb 13oz....no way is she letting brother push her around! Ha!! They were both just under the 50th percentile in weight-so far so good. I have heard of women getting pregnant after having tubal ligation so you never know! If you think you are you should probably test. Dottie
