Are you sure she is really constipated? 4-5 days between bowel movements can be normal. If they aren't hard, and she isn't in any pain, then I wouldn't do anything about it if I were you. I would avoid using karo syrup if possible.

I agree with tiredbuthappy. If you really want to be able to breastfeed successfully, then I think you should consult with a lactation consultant. Your supply does sound good. Maybe your baby is tongue tied, and can't latch correctly. Call the hospital that you gave birth at and ask to speak to or be referred to a lactation consultant. Good luck!

Wow...that is really a weird thing to think. I agree with RockRose. I would be really hurt if my husband said something like that to me. I chose to be a SAHM, but it had absolutely nothing to do with any toy kitchen I had. I would get one for you DD anyway! Even little boys like to play with them. Its great for their imagination!

I would never put a baby on their stomach to sleep. It is not safe. Its one thing if they can roll over onto their stomach by themselves, but ALWAYS put baby on her back to sleep. 2-4 months is the peak age for SIDS. You should be doing tummy time during the day while she is awake. That will help her get her head and neck stronger, and eventually she wil...
