if the mother isnt working with ur husband with this it will make her look bad in court. ask ur lawyer to get a lawyer appointed by the court for his son, and then u ur hubby and sons mom can stop fighting back and forth. and the kids lawyer will see what is best for him. and the only reason ur husband wouldnt see his son is he was unfit and that doesnt sound...

i think that the agruing is a age thing. have u asked ur son if he is being picked on? i would also call ur family dr just to see if he his an imbalance. wish ur family the best!
