My docs blamed the w/d relapse on a streak of 'good' metabolism, then when it dropped, w/d again. It is extremely encouraging to hear they do fade. thank you!

I'm not sure where to ask, but what are the dangers of a 24 year old male who has a st judes mech valve replaced with his aortic IF he sucks at taking coumadin consistently and his INR is like a rollercoaster? I know about strokes, i've already had one, had to raise my INR, but what else?

18 mos ago i was on dialysis and heart surgery and chemo, so i was taking over 160mg oxycontin every day. 12 mos ago i wanted to get 'cleaner' so i tapered low so i could step down to percocets.
