An echocardiogram will definitely help to find out if you have HCM. Discuss this with your doctor and see if it is reasonable to do so

Asymetrical septal hypertrophy is a feature of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which can be inherited and may also require treatment. "Mild asymetrical left ventricular hypertrophy " does not clarify if this represents Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.You should discuss this with your physician/cardiologist

If your arteries are normal on cath, the ST segment changes may be "false positive". If you are short of breath you may ask your doctor if an echocardiogram is indicated.
