Update: Melissa (Melly250) gave birth to a boy 7lbs 1oz this afternoon around 12:48pm.. Both mother and baby are doing fine... still in the hospital and should be home soon... Thanks for your little prayer... Linn

I think you need to ask your medical provider for that question.... I take prenantal vitamin and i believe it's enough... also i drink at least 2 to 3 glass of milk a day... Sometimes too much is not good for you... your doctor should let you know how much you need... the main thing is Folic Acid....

I got a gush of brownish around 9 weeks pregnant... I went to the doctor and found out that my cervix wasn't closed... doctor ordered me to bed rest for 4 weeks... if the cervix was not closed.. then I would need cerlage to have my cervix closed..
