I was recently diagnosed with hpv (the one that is precancerous) I had a normal pap smear but the virus was detected. I have already been told its a watch and wait sort of thing. She wants to repeat my pap in 6mo. I also have a history of having had a culposcopy post children when I was 19. They did a biopsy and froze whatever was there that I was many years...

I would definitely get second opinion to find out what exactly is your origin of pain. I do have lower back pain and right sided pain. My MD has dx me with PCOS. But I don't have any other underlying symptoms. I have ovarian cyst with hormone therapy they may go away will see.
