I am so sorry that I cannot help you but I have a question. You said you have burning. I have described a pain in my back just below my shoulder blades as burning like I had heartburn except in the back and he and they have looked at me like I lost my mind. Is your pain like that?

my stepdad had a bad problem with his sciatic nerve. It causes the pain you are describing. He ended up using a walker for @2 months. My stepdad had a epideral to block the pain and stop the nerve from swelling. He was in the hospital for a week. His pain was exactly as you describe. If all your doc is doing is therapy you should check with someone else...

Your leg pain is definitly in part due to the disc but the new and shoulder is probably something new. It could just be irritated from overexertion but you could have pulled a muscle or have a problem with your upper back and neck. My injuries are from my Lumbar area to Cervical.
