It's funny that you say that because I never went on medication for my anxiety until February of this year and I have been on Celexa now for about 9 weeks and all my hands do is shake. So I assume it is the medication that does it to you... that's the risk of the side effects.
really bad neck stiffness and pain

I have had really bad neck stiffness and pain in my neck on all sides. It also hurts a lot when I touch my chin to my chest. I also have a bad headache and nausea. This past Saturday I got a stomach virus and still have it.... so my question is.. could all this pain be due to a stomach virus or could it be something more serious like bacterial meningitis.....
