Hi Theresa, You should definitely see a fertility specialist to make sure you are ovulating and have no other issues preventing pregnancy. Also, make sure to bring your partner because male factor infertility may also be an issue.

You should speak to your doctor and make sure you are in good health for trying to have a baby. Start on prenatal vitamins, and see your doctor about getting your IUD removed. You can start trying after that.
