Question about Fenugreek

I thought at first thats what it was, was let down, but it happens so irregular. I haven't had a problem with in the last 8 hrs or so. I honestly think it may have been a reaction to the fenugreek. Maybe that was its way of making me aware of the let down. I just hope I can get this whole bf thing down so I can continue to bf. It's been a bit of a struggle.

Oh yeah! I do supplement 2 bottles a day with formula as well. She wasn't gaining weight when I bf exclusively. I think if she wasn't getting the supplement, she wouldn't be gaining weight. That on top of going back to work is what has contributed to my loss of supply, but I pump regularly I just can't keep my supply up on my own. I'd like to go back to stric...

I can relate...I just went back to work 3 weeks ago. It's been sooo hard. I'm now on Reglan because my supply dropped and now my Dr wants me to give my daughter 6 oz and I don't even get but 4 oz out every 3 hrs if I'm lucky....She's gaining weight so I must be doing ok I guess.
