methadone has a half life of 48 hours and is the most worse drug that u can kick...i suggest going to the hospital to come off of it......good luck.... carrie

i suggest that you go to the health pages and read up on PAWS...post acute withdrawal syndrome....it gives an idea on the if's ands or whys about all of this...it can take anywhere from 6 months to 18 months or longer to get your body regulated....again...check out PAWS..if its not on here....google it. carrie

They have some remedies on here for withdrawals, i myself used benedryl (for sneezing) advil(for aches n pains), nyquil(to help sleep) and pused water like i was niagra falls.
