I have simular tremors as you have described. At times wosre than others, it really depends, can't tell you what it depends on, but... My neuro put me onClonazepam 0.5 mg twice a day. Has helped me alot. There are days it will kick up in the middle of the day & doc says take an extra one & I do. If I didn't take it my husband would never let me touch a knife...

I was haveing some problems with my MS & my dr called in the methla pac. This is my third day , woke at 4am with horrible leg spasms, so badly my right foot would not straighten . He called me back , told me to eat a banana a day & drink 8ozs Tonic water at night while on this med to see if it would help. What purpose would the tonic water play? Donnice

Boy, do I know what that feels like!! I was diagnosised 4yrs ago & I still think they may come back & say Opps, we were wrong, it's not MS. No such luck. But, on the other hand at least I know what is wrong!! Like misplacing the candy, I do that kind of thing so often I just laugh & say Oh well having an MS moment. Last July I had a horible relapse that I just could not bounce back from. My Dr had tried several "combo meds" did not work. As a last resort we did the 3 day IV steriod, on an out patient basis. I am having a "flare up" with my MS. Symptoms I have never had, tightness around midsection, along with numbness of lower limbs. Almost contraction type spasams in legs. Called my Neuro, of course he put me on a Methylprednisolone pac. Norm for him. His nurse told me if it didn't get any better or got worse to go to ER. What consitutes an emergency with MS?? ...
