MRI REPORT =HELP

I am 51 years old and retired from the Army, in 1984 I had a parachute malfunction and caused a Spinal injury. I have numbness and sometimes prickling and stinging in my legs and arms and constant stiffness/pain in my neck.

I just had this MRI conducted and I have an appointment to get a nerve study done, after that an appointment with a neurosurgeon. Does this report look as bad as it reads. What should I be expecting ( Im a 51 year old male ) Disc bulge and uncovertebral arthropathy with biateral neural foraminal stenosis and relative spinal canal stenosis at C3-4, ...
