Don't give up. Chemo may help. My mum was diagnozed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in Dec 2007 and she is still around today. While surgery cannot be done at this time, chemo may have a chance to shrink them to 'manageable' size so that surgery could be an option again. Do explore your options with the doctors.
