I totally agree with you when someone asks "Are you okay!?" It makes you're panic attack increase greatly! Breathing excersises help lots, but you do need to practice, practice, practice! Also, hot showers help me alot. And just laying down in bed... Even exercise helps alot. Usually when I get a panic attack, it leaves, but then im stuck with this ...

Sounds like your Dr. is scaring the **** out of you. What a *****. Look, Dr.'s sometimes have to say a lot of bull **** to cover their butts! If you're eye is getting better, then I wouldn't sweat it. =)

I beleive I've got my anxiety under control. My Dr. says he is okay with me doing it, coming off that is. Who, knows I may not do it very soon... I've just been thinking for future. Yes. Not getting enough rest... and relaxation time sure builds up on me... and I will usually will go into an anxiety spell from that. It's b/c I don't "feel right" when I'm not letting myself relax enough.. and have a good sense of "well being". I don't like feeling "OFF"... so that's what makes me have anxiety. Just try to give yourself more "YOU" time...

10mg is the smallest dosage of Lexapro. I cut my 10mg pill in fourths... and only take one itsy bitsy piece which is 2.5mg daily.
