Hello, thanks 4 responding! Yes, that is exactly it!! The wrong scan was performed & now they won't approve the 1 I actually need 4 surgery!! I'm really frustrated & now starting 2 get scared! That sounds like a good idea, I might actually try that!! Best Wishes, Brandy

Well I have a disc herniation at l5-s1, with extreme pain in both my legs!! OH..by the way...this will be my 5th surgery on my spine in the last year + 1 month!! What is a laminectomy defect?? If a disc is indenting the thecal sac should it need surgical treatment? Please help??? I'm lookin' at surgery #5 in the last year, I need these answers if possible!! Best wishes, Brandy

What is a laminectomy defects?? My last MRI say..Laminectomy defects R seen at L3 & L4 levels, suggestive of post-operative status?? what does this mean?? Anyone??IS it scar tissue or something from a problem in last surgery??? Can anyone please help me with this?? Best Wishes 2 all, Brandy
