Listen to your girlfriend and go to your doctor. There could be--even at 21--a number of reasons for you trouble. You might also check out the book The Hardness Factor. It is written by an ED specialist/urologist. You can find it at your local Barnes and Noble or at Books a Million, etc. He also has a website. It could be mental. It could be guilt....
