i relapsed on tuesday night. i hate myself for it, but i still want to be clean and so i'm starting over. hang in there -- we will make it! have as happy a holiday as you can!

thanks for your words of encouragement. it feels good to be able to come to the forum and not be judged. i know if i were to tell my some of my family members this, they would talk about me amongst each other. i love you guys so much. thanks for the tip on sleeping.

I slipped everyone. tuesday night. i had to recupertate yesterday. i feel like ****. i was feeling so good! i'm so disappointed in myself. i feel like i'll never be able to stop. like many of you here, i don't sleep at night. that's when i get really really weak. any suggestions on how to get to sleep and stay asleep without something that i might becom...
