I'm only on 25mcg cause I am so sensitive to the med. So the endo only upped my dose by one pill one day a week.

I had to up my synthroid dose. And I do another test in july. In the meantime I have an appt with ENT and Neurologist. Thanks everyone

Thanks. I appreciated the comments and helpful suggestions. I went to Endo today and he upped my dose a little. Wants me below 2.5. Suggested I see an ENT for the head swimming sensation. However I wonder if a neurologist is the best choice? Any opinions on that one?

My TSH is 3.19 on the higher end of normal? So why do I feel so lousy? My muscles in my lower extremities ache and get sore very easily. Short term memory loss is at its worst. Sounds to me like you need a new endo. There are a lot of educated individuals on this site that I think can help you. Hope you get a helpful reply soon.
why don't they blood test for serotonin levels?

I wish they had that kind of test. Seems like they should this day in age. It sure would help me right now.
