Hi, You have not mentioned why you are taking Flagyl. Flagyl hardly causes diarrhea. Do a stool analysis for evaluation. Infectious diarrhea may need a course of antibiotics. Probiotic supplements would be helpful

Hi, Blood and mucus diarrhea lasting for weeks needs to be evaluated for IBD. I would suggest that you undergo colonoscopy for evaluation. The pus discharging sac you have mentioned could be a perianal abscess.
