My doctor said my cervix is posterior as well (6 days overdue) and that being posterior is not the labor position. Usually it goes from this position to anterior ... so I'm not sure why yours would have changed from anterior to posterior.

So since my cervix is posterieur and she can't even walk it forward she told me that we will have to be induced on the 7th if I don't go into labour before then.
