I am taking propanol for arrythmia as well as Prozac for panic/anxiety. My thinking is Treat the Symptom. You could paralyze yourself with analysis. Take action.

Please look into the source of anxiety which very well may be fear of death. I too have early life experiences as my two brothers died (18mo and 7months) of cystic fibrosis. Anxiety cannot be without fear. And fear of death is the Big One. May God hold you in the Palm of His Hand.

I have the weirdest thing I want to share with everyone. My anxiety symptoms have cycles! I get up around 7:00 am and read the paper and eat breakfast around 9:00. None or minor symptoms.
