I am a 22 year who is taking a small amount of methotrexate (.6 ml). My doctors have encouraged me to limit my drinking to little or none, is it safe to go out and drink with friends on some weekends (every couple weeks)

I am taking methotrexate for my inflimation in my eye i was wondering will i have to take this for a few years or months. Also is it possible i might have to take this for the rest of my life. I have a mild case of pars planitis and i dont want to have to take methotrexate for a long period of time.
