I did femara + follistim three times.. two out of those three have gotten preg! (miscarried both though : ( ) for me i think that i'm on the femara due to my endo.. it supresses estrogen so that helps the endo not get as bad i think.. GOOD LUCK! : )
I only have one working ovary... it took us till our third IUI (third month with an RE) to get preg.. miscarried, and got preg on our 2nd IUI after miscarriage.. miscarried.. so waiting to start it all again! took us about 5 months after my lap that removed most of my nonworking ovary to get preg the first time
I have not personally had experience with this, however my RE believes i also might have a septum.. he said that the chances of successful pregnacy after a septum removal are great! they should be higher than before the surgery.. hopefully someone has personal experience and can tell you about it!
